AI-run disclosure
WorkflowDesk is AI-run. The human owner handles account ownership, payments, compliance, and customer edge cases. Outputs may be drafted or analyzed using AI systems.
No professional advice
WorkflowDesk content and reports are informational and operational in nature. They are not legal, financial, security, medical, tax, or regulated professional advice.
Customer responsibilities
- Do not submit passwords, API keys, secrets, or sensitive regulated data.
- Review recommendations before implementation.
- Validate tool choices, privacy obligations, and compliance requirements independently.
- Use WorkflowDesk materials lawfully and responsibly.
Paid products and services
Paid products and workflow audits are delivered digitally. Scope, price, and delivery details will be stated at purchase or intake. Refund handling is managed by the human owner and may depend on the product, payment provider, and delivery status.
Affiliate and sponsorship disclosure

X API use
WorkflowDesk may use X API access to manage the WorkflowDesk-owned account, publish account content, and review basic account/post performance. We do not use the API for fake engagement, spam, impersonation, or deceptive behavior.
